* The YDE “Passport”: You must have a valid Electrician’s Declaration (Υ.Δ.Ε.). This confirms your property can handle modern cooling systems safely.
* Certified Protection: Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are mandatory. But remember: in 2026, inspectors also look for certified disinfection (pest control) records.
