Za potencijalne kupce, ovo je dobra vest: tr\u017ei\u0161te ostaje aktivno, ali bez prethodne trke cena. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"444\">\n            <strong data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"444\">Umeren rast nakon naglog skoka<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"446\" data-end=\"767\">Prema najnovijim podacima Banke Gr\u010dke, u prvom kvartalu 2025. prose\u010dne cene stanova u gradovima porasle su za 6,19% u pore\u0111enju sa istim periodom pro\u0161le godine. Prilago\u0111eno inflaciji, rast je iznosio 3,53%. Ovo je zna\u010dajno ni\u017ee nego 2024. godine, kada su cene rasle za 8,60% u nominalnom iznosu i 5,44% u realnom iznosu.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"806\">\n            <strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"806\">Gde cene najvi\u0161e rastu?<\/strong>\n          <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"994\">Dinamika cena varira po regionima. Solun prednja\u010di, sa o\u0161trim porastom od 10%. Sna\u017eno interesovanje investitora i stabilna potra\u017enja odr\u017eavaju tr\u017ei\u0161te aktivnim. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1703\">Prema prognozi Evropskog bankarskog organa, o\u010dekuje se da \u0107e cene stanova u Gr\u010dkoj porasti za 4,4% u 2025. godini, pra\u0107eno stabilnijim godi\u0161njim rastom od oko 3,4% do 2027. godine. Ovo ukazuje na prelazak ka odr\u017eivijem i predvidljivijem tr\u017ei\u0161tu. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"2096\">U 2025. godini, gr\u010dko tr\u017ei\u0161te nekretnina ostaje atraktivna opcija kako za investitore, tako i za kupce nekretnina. Umereni rast cena stvara priliku za kupovinu nekretnine pre mogu\u0107eg novog skoka cena.
